The Review Office provides a Google review management service for UK businesses. The service comprises monitoring of your incoming Google reviews and the writing and publication of professional, personalised responses to those reviews on your behalf.

The service is charged at £49 per month. There are no setup fees. The service is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum term, through the private link provided to you when you signed up. Depending on your billing settings, cancellation takes effect either immediately or at the end of your current billing period; you will be told which applies when you cancel. You're also welcome to contact us at contact@thereviewoffice.co.ukor via WhatsApp if you'd prefer us to action this for you.

To deliver the service, we require the appropriate level of access to your Google Business Profile and accurate information about your business. You agree to provide this during onboarding and to keep it up to date. We will never ask for your personal Google password.

We will respond to your reviews professionally and in good faith, exercising reasonable skill and care. Review responses are written based on the content of each review and the information available to us. We do not guarantee any particular review volume, rating or business outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control.

You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile and are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for complying with Google's terms of service. Responses are published in your business's name and on your behalf.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
